Senior Engineering Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of comprehensive delivery management for the Data Center practice, overseeing personnel, processes, partner resources, and performance metrics to ensure consistent, high-quality results.

• Act as the main executive escalation point for significant delivery risks, project challenges, and critical customer situations that require senior-level intervention.

• Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Architecture teams to guarantee that offerings are market-ready, properly scoped, and feasible at an enterprise level before obtaining signatures.

• Ensure all projects adhere to commitments regarding timelines, budgets, and quality standards through meticulous resource alignment, partner strategy, and the enforcement of delivery standards.

• Develop repeatable and scalable delivery frameworks for extensive data center deployments, colocation facility constructions, and multi-site national infrastructure rollouts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional/military experience.

• At least 10 years of progressive experience in data center solutions, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level delivery role managing large-scale IT systems and services.

• 5–7 years of experience in service delivery management and the development of a project management function.

• Demonstrated ability to lead executive-level presentations, solution demonstrations, and whiteboard sessions for CIO/CTO/VP-level audiences.

• Strong executive presence with the capability to influence both internally across sales, solutions, and delivery organizations and externally with strategic partners and customers.
