Operations Manager, Airbnb

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• You will oversee and enhance a collection of properties listed on short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Booking, Abritel) as a member of the ALB network.

• Responsible for setting up and optimizing listings on these platforms (including photos, descriptions, and SEO).

• Engage in yield management: implementing dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue for each property.

• Handle reservation management and guest relations, including messaging, check-in processes, and dispute resolution.

• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams in between guest stays.

• Identify and approach new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Ability to persuade and establish trust with property owners.

• Background in real estate, sales, or other sectors (such as hairdressing, management, hospitality, etc.): motivation is key.

• Desire for the independence of a self-employed professional while receiving support from a well-structured network.

• Aspiration to generate long-term recurring income rather than being limited to a fixed salary.
