Responsable d'exploitation, Airbnb

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• You will manage and optimize a portfolio of short-term rental properties on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking, and Abritel within the ALB network.

• Listing and optimizing ads on these platforms (photos, descriptions, SEO).

• Yield management: dynamic pricing to maximize revenue for each property.

• Handling reservations and maintaining guest relations (messages, check-in, disputes).

• Coordinating cleaning and maintenance teams between stays.

• Prospecting for new property owners looking to delegate the management of their assets.

• You have the ability to persuade and build trust with property owners.

• You come from real estate, retail, or any other sector (such as hairdressing, management, hospitality...): your motivation is what matters.

• You desire the independence of a freelancer while having the support of a structured network.
