Senior Engineer, Go, Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete development lifecycle for features, encompassing database architecture, backend APIs, agent logic, and Vue frontend execution.

• Design and uphold scalable, dependable systems utilizing distributed and event-driven architectures.

• Develop and coordinate workflows with tools such as Temporal (or comparable frameworks).

• Create and integrate LLM-powered agents, utilizing ReAct patterns, skill-based architectures, and MCP tool integration.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to establish requirements and deliver superior solutions.

• Enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability across various services.

• Deploy and oversee applications on GCP while adhering to best practices in cloud architecture.

• Engage in technical design discussions, code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Go and Python programming.

• Demonstrated capability to develop and manage systems from start to finish (database, API, frontend).

• Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.

• Practical experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Temporal).

• Familiarity with LLM/agent frameworks, including ReAct patterns, skill architectures, and exposure to MCP-style structured tool protocols.

• Knowledge of GCP and cloud-native development practices.

• Experience in constructing LLM agent evaluations and refining prompt reliability (eval harnesses, golden-output testing, failure-mode analysis).

• Comfort in handling HIPAA-adjacent / PHI data (medical records, litigation files); applies fundamental data-handling and audit-logging practices.

• Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Capability to work autonomously in a remote, fast-paced setting.

• Must possess personal equipment.
