This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and develop AI agents and copilots for Enterprise Platforms that streamline joiner, mover, and leaver workflows, access requests, troubleshooting, and governance reviews.
• Integrate existing runbooks and policies into AI-driven workflows across internal tools, automations, and conversational interfaces.
• Construct secure data and integration layers for AI utilizing platform APIs, logs, and internal knowledge assets, incorporating retrieval-augmented patterns as needed.
• Implement prompts, tools, and orchestration flows with explicit guardrails, access controls, approvals, and audit trails to ensure built-in governance.
• Introduce evaluation, logging, and monitoring capabilities so that AI features can be tested, deployed, and debugged like any other production service.
• Leverage AI and event-driven patterns to enhance lifecycle automation, device baselines, and deprovisioning while adhering to security and compliance standards.
• Develop self-service experiences and enablement content to empower employees and support teams to address common IT needs and inquiries without escalation.
• Oversee Tier 3 incidents in your domain and incorporate incident insights back into automations, agents, runbooks, and governance guidelines.
• Guide engineers on AI design, code organization, and evaluation, contributing to the establishment of standards and patterns for AI and automation projects within Enterprise Platforms.
• Collaborate with Security, GRC, IT Service Delivery, AI Enablement, and platform stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and implement them swiftly and securely.
• Over 5 years of experience in platform or systems engineering, with a focus on complex, interconnected systems and a strong inclination towards automation over manual processes.
• In-depth knowledge of code structures, APIs, and integration patterns, and an understanding of how modifications in one system impact others.
• Familiarity with large language models and practical AI application design, including prompts, tools, guardrails, and evaluation processes.
• Practical experience in constructing or managing AI or automation workflows that interface with enterprise platforms.
• Proficiency in reading and analyzing code and automation frameworks, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers on implementation specifics.
• Strong grasp of identity and access concepts, such as SSO, MFA, least privilege, provisioning, and device trust.
• Comfort with observability practices and the ability to define and monitor metrics like quality, latency, safety, and cost.
• Established habits in incident and change management, including root cause analysis, documented follow-up, and evidence of improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that convey complex AI and systems topics in an understandable manner for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Actual compensation will be determined based on various non-discriminatory factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
• In addition to the base salary, this position may qualify for bonus or incentive compensation, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
