Senior Engineer, Clinic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance systems that facilitate clinician and patient interactions from start to finish.

• Design, create, and manage fullstack features across web and backend systems that support telehealth processes.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and clinical teams to provide intuitive, compliant, and high-quality user experiences.

• Build scalable backend services and APIs that integrate with EHRs, pharmacies, and laboratories.

• Create modern frontend applications (based on React) that power internal tools and enhance member experiences.

• Ensure performance, reliability, and security across essential healthcare workflows.

• Contribute to architectural decisions, technical strategies, and system designs for a rapidly evolving platform.

• Drive experimentation and iteration for swift product enhancements while maintaining high standards of quality.

• Mentor engineers and elevate the standards for engineering excellence, code quality, and operational rigor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in building and scaling fullstack applications.

• Extensive experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript).

• Strong backend experience with Node.js (or similar) in developing APIs and distributed systems.

• Proficient in designing and utilizing RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.

• Deep understanding of system design, data modeling, and scalability principles.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and contemporary deployment practices.

• Familiarity with observability, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in production environments.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ownership and accountability.
