Senior Engineer, CI Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with manufacturing leaders to spearhead operational improvement initiatives.

• Create a workstream charter, engage in problem-solving and data analysis, establish a comprehensive work plan, and determine operational and financial KPIs.

• Address intricate challenges faced by the global manufacturing team.

• Propel operational enhancements through the application of Lean standard tools and methodologies.

• Mentor and enhance the skills of shop floor personnel.

• Assist in formalizing newly developed strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing within the consumer goods sector or a related field.

• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical skills, and strategic experience.

• Familiarity with Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies in operations.

• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), or other process improvement frameworks.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
