Senior Engineer, Build and CI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute engineering-focused automation strategies throughout the organization.

• Collaborate closely with product development teams to integrate policies and guidelines into the continuous integration and delivery frameworks.

• Engage in discussions with cross-functional teams to enhance project outcomes.

• Prioritize addressing the underlying causes of issues in an effective manner.

• Oversee build pipelines and manage build configuration processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related engineering discipline with over 3 years of professional experience.

• Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Makefile, CMake, Conan, Bazel, etc.

• Proven expertise in continuous integration and delivery platforms (e.g., Github Actions, ADO, TeamCity, etc.).

• In-depth understanding of C++ (or another compiled language), Linux, and CMake.

• Comprehensive knowledge of APIs, web services, and identity access management.

• Solid understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Podman, etc.).

• Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, and PowerShell.

• Strong command of Git version control.

• Experience with system administration in Linux (Windows experience is a plus).

• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
