This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and a reliable advisor to clients by evaluating, implementing, and delivering tailored integrations and workflows that align with industry knowledge, ICS best practices, project specifications, and the client's business goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving customer support inquiries, while coordinating and prioritizing prompt resolutions with engineering teams.
• Offer training and guidance to clients on how to effectively set up and manage their Xage Security solutions deployment.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of the typical business challenges faced by customers and their common objectives, enabling the mapping of features and associated business advantages to meet their needs.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach and advocate for the customer internally to influence product roadmap and enhancements.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define technical solutions that fulfill customer use cases and requirements, utilizing a mix of internal resources and, when necessary, third-party software/hardware/tools.
• Partner with sales teams to foster robust client relationships with key accounts, particularly in the federal sector, showcasing technical expertise and a profound understanding of client requirements to drive organic growth.
• Identify deficiencies in product functionality and adaptability, and proactively engage with product management and engineering teams to address these issues through a combination of internal R&D and technology/product collaborations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Over 3 years of experience in developing cybersecurity solutions and services, specifically in IAM/PAM, ICS environments, and network security.
• More than 3 years of experience with Industrial Control Systems technologies and/or environments, including but not limited to SCADA, DCS, RTUs, IACS, PLCs, HMIs, Engineering Workstations, and Historians.
• Minimum of 3 years in the design and deployment of network security solutions and controls within industrial networks, such as network zoning, segmentation, and isolation design and implementation.
• Experience with Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
• Highly developed, process-oriented skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and issue resolution.
• Proficient in at least one high-level programming language.
• Skilled in Shell/Bash/Python/C++ and knowledgeable about virtual machines, network virtualization, and containerization technologies like Docker.
• Customer-centric mindset, with an understanding of customer needs that goes beyond mere feedback, coupled with strong interpersonal skills to earn customer respect and trust.
