Senior Engagement Manager, AI Solutions Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple AI solution deployments simultaneously

• Take ownership of the complete delivery execution

• Collaborate with Consulting, Product, and Customer AI teams

• Deliver presentations at Executive Steering Committees

• Assist in pre-sales initiatives

• Provide coaching and mentorship to Workday and partner resources

• Contribute to the continuous development of the Workday AI Delivery Framework

• Manage the transition from deployment to steady-state operations

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in leading complex solution implementations

• More than 3 years of experience managing Workday deployments

• At least 6 years of demonstrated ability in managing cross-functional SaaS delivery

• Over 6 years of experience engaging with executive stakeholders

• Project Management Certification required

• Familiarity with AI and ML concepts

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Willingness and capacity to travel internationally
