This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assess potential opportunities for energy savings and demand reduction.
• Examine interval utility and sub-meter data to define load profiles.
• Implement MBCx workflows, including establishing baselines and monitoring performance.
• Assist in the development and deployment of campus metering systems.
• Set up, roll out, and manage FDD rule sets within EMIS/analytics platforms.
• Measure and verify the performance of energy management initiatives over time.
• Lead project teams in executing MBCx/FDD, EMIS, and other projects.
• Produce clear technical reports and presentations that simplify complex analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, Energy Systems, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.
• At least 7 years of experience in energy engineering, building performance analysis, or a similar field.
• Experience in energy and data analysis.
• Willingness to travel.
• CEM, CMVP, or CCP certification is preferred.
• Practical experience in troubleshooting, retro-commissioning, or monitoring-based commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Proficient in advanced data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R).
• Familiar with measurement and verification methods and standards.
