This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Evaluate and assess EKG recordings, documenting interpretative findings to ensure clinical accuracy and thoroughness.
• Execute detailed EKG annotation, including rhythm, beat-level, fiducial markers, and rhythm onset/offset annotations.
• Recognize and categorize advanced cardiac rhythms, arrhythmias, conduction irregularities, ectopic beats, pauses, artifacts, pacemaker rhythms, and ICD-related events.
• Uphold stringent departmental quality and productivity standards, consistently reaching a performance benchmark of 92% or above.
• Achieve all assigned project objectives, deliverables, and deadlines set by the Manager of Data Annotation.
• Contribute to ongoing product development efforts by delivering precise and clinically valid EKG interpretations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to analyze and interpret complex or ambiguous EKG recordings, ensuring agreement, clinical accuracy, and consistency in annotation.
• Exhibit professionalism, integrity, accountability, and a robust work ethic while functioning effectively with minimal oversight.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all company policies, data security protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related clinical field with a focus on cardiovascular physiology; OR an equivalent combination of relevant certifications and clinical experience.
• Over 5 years of clinical, industry, or academic experience with a specialization in advanced EKG rhythm interpretation.
• Demonstrated experience in remote patient monitoring services or similar clinical data environments.
• Practical experience with wearable single-lead cardiac monitoring devices is highly preferred.
• Advanced knowledge in comprehensive EKG interpretation, including rhythm analysis, fiducial marker identification, cardiac timing intervals, heart rate assessment, QRS morphology, waveform variations, and conduction irregularities.
• Strong skills in identifying pacemaker rhythms and interpreting ICD events.
• Competence in using EKG rhythm interpretation platforms.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• CCT or CRAT certification is preferred.
• Understanding of implantable cardiac devices and their functionality is a plus.
