This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Serve as a product and subject matter expert for various Veeam SaaS offerings.
• Effectively onboard customers with diverse complexities across multiple geographic locations.
• Utilize telemetry to perform customer/account health assessments and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist in generating new case studies and references with designated clients.
• Collaborate internally with the post-sales team and wider cross-functional groups to foster continuous improvement and enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure that all activities by the Veeam team that engage with the customer align with the customer's business goals and use cases.
• Provide insights to Product Management regarding essential features or product constraints that may hinder usage and growth.
• Collaborate on the development of documentation for team processes.
• Contribute to a positive, innovative, adaptable, and growth-focused workplace culture.
• Proactively identify areas of potential customer risk and formulate action plans for remediation.
• Engage with customers and Veeam employees from a remote office setting.
• Travel up to 20% of working time.
• Prior experience in customer or technical success roles is essential, with a preference for 5+ years.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Cloud & Hyperscaler technologies, and Microsoft applications.
• Proven experience in developing and presenting new ideas and proposals for team enhancements.
• Exhibits patience, understanding, and empathy to effectively resolve conflicts and address concerns.
• Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities.
• Experience in gathering and analyzing success metrics, including current usage and key growth statistics.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Salesforce is a plus.
• General understanding of the infrastructure that interacts with Veeam (Servers/Storage/Networking/etc.).
