This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Collaborate with clients to gain insights into their business requirements, data needs, and expected outcomes using Workiva solutions.
• Work alongside the pre-sales team to facilitate a seamless transition from sales to implementation services and beyond.
• Involve Solution Architects and Customer Success teams throughout the onboarding and implementation process.
• Assess customer needs and suggest the most effective utilization of Workiva’s Data Management Suite.
• Define tasks, contribute to project timelines, and track the progress of consulting service delivery.
• Evaluate and establish data integration workflows connecting customer systems with Workiva.
• Create data queries and reporting solutions, while guiding stakeholders on best practices.
• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions for application owners from both customers and partners.
• Develop and review documentation pertaining to deployed solutions, configurations, and best practices.
• Convey insights from customers and partners to Product Development and Product Management teams.
• Promote product adoption, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure overall customer health.
• Outline expected outcomes and showcase the value realized by customers and partners.
• Document functionalities and features related to data management.
• Monitor customer and partner environments to stay updated with the Workiva product roadmap.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 6 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Bilingual in Spanish at a Native/Executive level.
• Proficient in Python for scripting and automation tasks.
• Experience with the integration or management of SaaS applications and enterprise systems.
• In-depth knowledge of complex, regulated data structures and scalable, software-driven workflows.
• Familiarity with ERP, EPM, and enterprise data/analytics platforms.
• Fundamental understanding of cloud platforms and contemporary data architectures.
• Experience with tools such as Informatica, SSIS, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato.
• Strong grasp of REST and SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and practical API execution through scripting.
• Knowledge of data engineering, data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL query development.
• Excellent problem-solving and technical diagnostic skills.
• Capability to independently manage priorities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver executive-level presentations.
• Ability to establish credibility, influence stakeholders, and promote cross-functional alignment.
• Dedication to customer success and creating long-term value.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% for internal meetings.
• Reliable internet access when working remotely outside a Workiva office.
