This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Develop and oversee the long-term product strategy for Content Engineering & Intelligence across Paramount+ and Pluto TV.
• Transform company objectives into scalable investments, focusing on metadata, content comprehension, embeddings, short-form systems, and content services.
• Identify and create new content capabilities, including multimodal enrichment, automated tagging, and the evolution of content graphs.
• Represent the Content Engineering & Intelligence strategy at the executive level and across the company.
• Direct product strategy for content metadata architecture, modeling, and lifecycle management.
• Steer product direction for feature pipelines, enrichment workflows, canonical content data systems, and internal content services.
• Oversee product planning for embedding generation, vector pipelines, and machine learning-ready content datasets.
• Collaborate with engineering and machine learning teams to develop scalable, reliable, and cost-effective content systems.
• Establish and monitor north-star metrics to assess the success of Content Engineering & Intelligence.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, technical product management, or similar executive product roles.
• At least 5 years of experience leading technical product domains within content platforms, metadata systems, AI/ML infrastructure, content intelligence, data platforms, or related fields.
• Proven experience in leading product managers or complex technical product areas across engineering, machine learning, data, design, operations, and business teams.
• Background in delivering large-scale content platforms, including metadata systems, internal tools, data platforms, and machine learning systems.
• Technical proficiency in data systems, content pipelines, APIs, internal tools, metadata systems, and ML-enabled platforms.
• Experience with content metadata systems, including knowledge of enrichment workflows and canonical metadata models.
• Familiarity with content identifiers, taxonomy, ontology, and methods for content normalization.
• Experience in data pipelines and feature stores.
• Proficient in working with datasets that are prepared for models.
• Experience with both batch and near-real-time architectures.
• Knowledge of MLOps, monitoring, and experimentation systems.
• Strong executive communication skills.
• Ability to align engineering, machine learning, design, operations, product, and business stakeholders across matrixed organizations.
