Senior Director, Technical Product Management

📋 Description

• Establish the technical product vision for the portfolio, encompassing platform boundaries, capability model, and guiding architectural direction.

• Manage the sequencing and prioritization of epics across platform capabilities, integrations, and modernization efforts; make final trade-off decisions based on value, risk, and technical feasibility.

• Define and monitor KPIs that assess product team effectiveness, initiative progress, and business impact.

• Convert product intent into precise technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics; ensure teams have a clear understanding of outcomes, constraints, and guidelines.

• Take ownership of operational outcomes for delivered capabilities, including lessons learned from incidents, reliability enhancements, and ongoing performance/cost optimization.

• Establish success metrics for adoption and usage of platform capabilities (API consumption, active integrations, feature utilization) and promote continuous improvement based on insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in product management/technical product management, platform product ownership, or leadership in software/solutions engineering with strong product accountability.

• Proven ownership of platform roadmaps, APIs/integrations, and modernization initiatives in B2B or enterprise settings.

• Strong technical fluency in distributed systems, data contracts, and cloud-native delivery concepts; capable of engaging deeply with architects and engineers.

• A history of making and justifying complex prioritization decisions that balance business value with reliability, security, performance, and cost.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and foster alignment among product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
