Senior Director, Team Manager, CIO Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of project managers who support the CIO & AI Leader in practice-wide initiatives.

• Engage with CIO-End User clients to explore Gartner insights relevant to their critical priorities.

• Develop portfolio management capabilities, project management methodologies, and a prioritization model across the CIO & AI Leader practice.

• Identify change stakeholders, evaluate change impacts and readiness, create change strategies, and involve stakeholders and/or their representatives.

• Identify challenges and propose process enhancements or establish new processes that benefit the CIO & AI Leader practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of proven experience in leading delivery teams for complex business operations.

• More than 5 years of analyst-like experience, including client-facing content development and client interaction.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.

• Proven experience in managing, developing, and nurturing a high-performing team (including project managers) within a large enterprise environment.

• Capability to diagnose underlying performance issues to enhance team outcomes.

• Proficient in time management and meeting deadlines by prioritizing tasks and coordinating various engagements.

• Ability to collaborate across multiple time zones.
