This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the CEO, CFO, and executive team to deliver financial insights that guide strategic decision-making.
• Spearhead the continuous development and enhancement of the corporate financial model to facilitate budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Prepare documentation and assist with quarterly and ad hoc reporting for executive leadership, the Audit Committee, and the Cardlytics Board.
• Work alongside Accounting, Investor Relations, and business leaders to ensure accurate financial reporting and support external communications.
• Mentor members of the Strategic Finance team while promoting strong financial discipline and collaborative business partnerships.
• Construct financial models and business cases to assess strategic initiatives, investments, and growth prospects.
• Identify opportunities to enhance financial planning processes, reporting, and decision-support capabilities through automation and best practices.
• Strengthen a robust control environment by collaborating with Accounting to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
• Develop and manage financial models, valuation analyses, and business cases to back investment decisions and strategic transactions.
• Examine market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry opportunities to shape long-term growth strategies.
• Create business cases and financial analyses to support capital allocation and long-term strategic decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 8-12+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership positions, with a background in investment banking.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, capable of building and maintaining complex spreadsheets and financial models.
• Strong grasp of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate intricate financial data into actionable insights.
• Experience in presenting to C-level executives, board members, and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with public company environments and SEC reporting requirements.
• Informed about the broader software and technology landscapes.
• Experience in international finance, particularly in collaborating with global teams and managing cross-border financial operations (a plus).
