Senior Director, Sourcing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist Integrated Facilities clients and internal stakeholders by enhancing the efficiency of JLL-managed services operations and sourcing strategies.

• Provide insights on market, suppliers, and operational intelligence for services operations.

• Identify and guide field resources to implement strategic initiatives.

• Act as a subject matter expert on JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management.

• Collaborate with clients and JLL Sourcing, Facility, and Property Management teams to achieve immediate and lasting client benefits.

• Lead a team of sourcing professionals to deliver strategic sourcing programs that support client initiatives.

• Perform regular market trend analysis, including changes in supplier bases and industries.

• Present analysis to Supply Chain and business stakeholders in a client-ready format.

• Develop, implement, coordinate, and communicate regional and national programs.

• Assist Category Management in managing supplier relationships and performance programs with key suppliers.

• Oversee and direct operations teams through RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes.

• Manage expectations for both internal and external customers.

• Ensure adherence to JLL sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to review and approve contractual terms and conditions.

• Set priorities, assign deliverables, and address issues with Operations teams, temporary staff, and project personnel.

• Participate in and lead performance review meetings for Preferred Suppliers.

• Support JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives.

• Assist Solutions Development (Sales) proposals by creating solution models and pricing.

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year institution and/or 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or a related field.

• Preferred experience in project management and business transitions.

• Proficient PC skills.

• Familiarity with MS Office applications.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
