Senior Director, Site Feasibility and Enablement, Americas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and implement the site feasibility and engagement strategy across the clinical development portfolio.

• Ensure accurate enrollment forecasting, optimal site selection, and effective patient recruitment strategies.

• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key investigative sites and site networks.

• Develop long-term collaborations with essential investigative sites.

• Lead initiatives to broaden the reach of clinical trials to underserved communities.

• Leverage competitive intelligence data to create precise study startup forecasts and enrollment strategies.

• Implement innovative processes, methodologies, and technologies to improve trial execution.

• Facilitate cross-functional governance to support site selection, activation, and enrollment processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or higher in a scientific, medical, or healthcare field.

• At least 12 years of cumulative experience in Feasibility, Clinical Trial Management, Personnel Management, and Operations Management.

• Familiarity with trial optimization vendors, tools, and methodologies.

• Proficient in software models and database structures.

• Expertise in the principles governing country/site identification, feasibility, and study startup strategies.

• Demonstrated experience in data analysis and interpretation to inform decision-making.

• Proven experience in managing, influencing, and cultivating relationships with senior partners in a setting with conflicting priorities.

• Demonstrated experience or willingness to learn about developing study delivery strategies and tactical/operational plans aligned with commercial and regulatory goals.

• Experience in clinical trial patient and investigator recruitment.

• Proven track record in project and budget management.

• Confirmed experience collaborating with Global teams.
