Senior Director – Revenue Cycle, Global Training and Quality Assurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Manage the comprehensive Revenue Cycle learning initiatives across the enterprise; establish and uphold role-specific learning pathways (including new hire, experienced hire, and leadership tracks)

• Direct structured onboarding programs for new employees and role-specific pathways

• Create and sustain an extensive leadership development initiative for Revenue Cycle supervisors, managers, and directors

• Collaborate with Global Learning & Talent and HMS leadership to promote the adoption of enterprise-wide programs

• Design ongoing continuing education curricula that address changing regulatory requirements, payer policy updates, and emerging industry best practices

• Supervise the enterprise-level Revenue Cycle Quality Assurance program that includes all operational functions

• Define, track, and report on essential QA performance metrics

• Advocate for the integration of automation and AI within the Training and Quality Assurance team


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred

• Over 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles with expertise in revenue cycle learning and development, quality assurance, healthcare revenue cycle operations, or consulting

• Proficient in utilizing advanced AI, automation, and analytics platforms to enhance and revolutionize training delivery and quality assurance operations on an enterprise scale

• Proven track record of scaling and optimizing teams in high-growth and matrixed environments

• Familiarity with shared services, managed services models, and overseeing global delivery teams
