This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Formulate and execute annual QDA business strategies.
• Keep abreast of industry trends to guarantee the team has access to top-tier capabilities.
• Work in collaboration with all PCR solution teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Supervise personnel, which includes conducting interviews, preparing job descriptions, and managing performance.
• Propel thought leadership aimed at ongoing scientific advancement.
• Oversee the qualitative aspects of PCR studies, encompassing data management and analysis.
• Manage qualitative research technologies for effective data gathering and analysis.
• PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree (PhD preferred).
• Minimum of 12 years of leadership experience in qualitative research within a relevant domain.
• Profound and proven knowledge of patient-centered research.
• Capability to devise business strategies and plans.
• Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Established track record of leading a team to produce high-quality scientific outputs.
