This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the analysis of data and systems within the project, pinpointing both business and technical requirements as well as acceptance criteria.

• Perform data analysis tasks to extract detailed requirements that include business transformation mappings.

• Develop technical User Stories, break down tasks, and articulate them to the technical delivery team.

• Collaborate with the Solution Architect to craft and document comprehensive User Stories for the project backlog, ensuring the solution aligns with end user needs.

• Partner with data consumers and internal teams to formulate data specifications, including thorough data definitions and mappings.

• Take the initiative in conducting workshops and engaging with data suppliers.

• Systematize the outcomes of data and systems analysis into formal documentation and secure approval from key stakeholders.

• Establish robust business relationships with both data suppliers and consumers.

• Develop scalable patterns and processes for future use.

• Oversee the project backlog using Jira.

• Participate as a member of the technical Agile scrum team, contributing actively to various activities, including testing and validation of final results.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, such as Technical Analyst or Data Analyst.

• Proven experience in an Agile delivery team environment.

• Proficient in communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders across technology and business sectors, fostering strong relationships.

• Expertise in collecting and interpreting data, analyzing results to uncover patterns and trends in both structured and unstructured data sets, RDBMS, and Dimensional Data Models.

• Skilled in the manipulation, analysis, and interpretation of complex data sets utilizing SQL and analytical functions.

• Familiarity with data-oriented requirements and a solid understanding of data modeling, mapping, and workflows.

• Capable of applying appropriate analytical methods to requirements discovery, documentation, and solution delivery.

• Experience facilitating requirements workshops to gather User Stories, Workflow Diagrams, etc.

• Previous experience in a technical role, such as a Systems Analyst or with an MI/BI background, is advantageous.

• Prior experience working with data teams on intricate integration challenges involving public Cloud and messaging or streaming technologies.
