Enterprise Reporting and Analytics Specialist

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and implementation of reporting and analytics solutions utilizing Power BI and AI-driven tools.

• Convert operational data into concise, actionable insights.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to produce valuable reports and dashboards.

• Develop and sustain Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to leadership, operations, and client requirements.

• Prepare and convert data from various systems into accessible formats.

• Streamline repetitive reports and workflows to enhance efficiency.

• Work alongside teams to identify reporting requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or reporting.

• Proficiency in Power BI or comparable tools.

• Familiarity with SQL, Microsoft Fabric, and Python/pySpark is preferred.

• Interest in AI-assisted analytics.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills.

• Preference for candidates with an interest in healthcare or financial operations.

• Proven ability to transform business and operational data into insightful visualizations and narratives, both independently and with AI support.
