This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee the core messaging, positioning, and essential collateral for ReversingLabs.
• Lead the Product Marketing team, functioning as a player-coach who drives strategic initiatives while remaining engaged with execution on high-priority projects.
• Facilitate alignment among executives regarding the value proposition and key messaging.
• Implement and manage cross-functional processes with other teams to support new product introductions, solution messaging, sales enablement, campaign development, demand generation, and sales support.
• Advocate for AI tools in product marketing, collaborating across functions to establish governance processes, use cases, and team utilization, ensuring that AI enhances productivity without sacrificing brand voice or factual accuracy.
• Integrate AI tools into the collateral generation workflow to improve the throughput of initial drafts for datasheets, solution briefs, white papers, social media posts, and blogs, while upholding stringent human editorial standards and technical accuracy reviews.
• Oversee the marketing product launch process, serving as an evangelist for new product features.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, product use cases, and purchasing behaviors to support corporate strategic and tactical campaign initiatives.
• Manage daily and long-term oversight of our competitive landscape, with the capability to adapt messaging, positioning, and supporting collateral to maintain competitive differentiation.
• Create and curate compelling messaging, campaigns, and sales and channel assets, including presentations, videos, demos, solution maps, white papers, and data sheets.
• Educate the market on ReversingLabs’ value propositions through various assets such as demos, white papers, workshops, presentations, and blogs, driving engagement with these materials.
• Support the ReversingLabs customer reference program to engage clients and showcase customer success stories, case studies, and value realized through ReversingLabs.
• Collaborate closely with Demand Generation, Creative, Content Marketing, Field Marketing, Channel Marketing, Sales Enablement, Sales, and ReversingLabs executives.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of product marketing and continuously analyze data to refine strategies.
• Manage and enhance ReversingLabs’ industry analyst program to improve understanding and inclusion of ReversingLabs’ offerings in industry research and reports.
• 10+ years of experience in product marketing, specifically in the cybersecurity industry, ideally within the software supply chain security or threat intelligence domains.
• Proven capability to build and lead a high-performing product marketing team.
• Demonstrated understanding of the technical aspects of our solutions, enabling effective market positioning.
• Experience in a PE- or VC-backed startup is a plus.
• Track record of developing new categories and/or pivoting existing ones.
• In-depth knowledge of the security market and competitive landscape.
• Experience in establishing trusted relationships with executive sponsors and end users.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing, business, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technology concepts in a clear and intuitive manner across communications, messaging, presentations, and web experiences.
• Experience in product evangelism and public speaking at conferences and webinars.
• Proven history of taking ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects across functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations.
• Familiarity with analyst relations.
• Utilizes data to measure outcomes and shape decision-making and strategy development.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the year.
• Base Salary: $206,000 – $216,000 plus performance-based bonuses or commissions (role-dependent), a comprehensive Total Rewards package, and equity to share in the success you help create.
