This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop a system to monitor all inbound referrals from various channels and enhance conversion rates.
• Continuously improve the customer experience across all channels.
• Create and sustain integration frameworks that connect care settings into a unified continuum.
• Direct the strategic design and operational framework for partnerships with hospitals and health systems.
• 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in product design, product management, or digital health innovation.
• A minimum of 4 to 5 years in a Director or Senior Director role within a healthcare or behavioral health environment.
• Proven experience in designing comprehensive customer or patient journeys across various channels within a healthcare organization.
• Practical expertise with HubSpot CRM and eClinicalWorks.
• Established success in building and scaling multi-channel referral management systems.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional organization.
• Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Responsibilities include managing product development and the strategy and execution of patient experience.
• Collaborating across technology, marketing, clinical operations, and business development to improve patient journeys.
