Senior Director, Product Management – Digital Workplace Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Establish and lead the vision for the enterprise Digital Workplace product, encompassing end-user computing (EUC), collaboration platforms (such as Microsoft 365), virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), and employee experience platforms.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure that the product strategy is in line with broader digital transformation and workforce productivity objectives.

• Manage the entire lifecycle of Digital Workplace products and platforms, from conception through commercialization and ongoing enhancement.

• Work in partnership with Engineering, Delivery, Security, Sales, and Marketing teams to facilitate the seamless integration, deployment, and scaling of Digital Workplace solutions.

• Promote continuous enhancement in product development speed and operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; an MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.

• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Digital Workplace, End-User Computing, or SaaS/Platform-based services.

• 6–8+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing, global teams.

• Extensive knowledge in Digital Workplace areas, including the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Intune, Endpoint Manager), and Virtual Desktop / DaaS solutions (e.g., Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix).

• Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise-scale, experience-focused solutions.

• Strong comprehension of workplace security, compliance, and global delivery frameworks.

• Exceptional executive-level communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a talent for influencing C-suite decision-making.
