This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Articulate and convey the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for a suite of products and data-driven capabilities that align with company priorities and recurring revenue targets.
• Oversee portfolio-level prioritization and investment choices, weighing customer value, strategic alignment, technical viability, and commercial influence.
• Collaborate with leadership from Engineering, Design, Data, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on roadmaps, delivery plans, and go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to pinpoint opportunities for workflow enhancement, analytics, reporting, and data monetization.
• Direct market sizing, segmentation, and opportunity evaluations to identify worthwhile problems to solve, assess customer value, and gauge willingness to purchase as contributions to product and investment strategy.
• Assume responsibility for key portfolio metrics such as adoption, retention, expansion, revenue growth, and the performance of monetized product and data offerings.
• Develop and refine monetization strategies, including packaging, pricing considerations, usage-based models, premium analytics features, and data-driven product offerings.
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance, clear expectations, and career development assistance.
• Enhance product operational rhythms, decision-making frameworks, discovery practices, and cross-functional collaboration to boost execution quality and decision-making speed.
• Represent product strategy and performance to executive stakeholders through business cases, portfolio updates, and data-informed recommendations.
• A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, analytics, economics, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of experience in product management, particularly in a software environment, with a proven record of expanding scope and ownership.
• Experience in steering product strategy across intricate product areas or portfolios and guiding initiatives from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Proven experience in managing, mentoring, or leading product managers, and scaling product management practices.
• Strong grasp of SaaS business models, product lifecycle management, roadmap development, discovery processes, and agile delivery methodologies.
• Documented ability to analyze product, customer, and business data to inform investment decisions and strategic prioritization.
• Experience in shaping monetization strategies through pricing, packaging, premium feature design, usage-based models, or data product development.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities with the capability to influence executive leaders and align cross-functional teams.
