This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Manage service product lines effectively.
• Build a profitable and disciplined organization that lays a strong foundation for future growth.
• Collaborate with local health plans and corporate service areas to define the overall strategy for Managed Long-Term Services and Supports (MLTSS) and Duals.
• Supervise the development of product extensions, capabilities, and services tailored to the needs of prospects and members.
• Determine and execute the company's plans for product and service area expansion.
• Create and implement a reporting and oversight system to ensure that MLTSS and Duals products meet financial, quality, and operational objectives while adhering to all regulatory requirements.
• Execute strategies to launch MLTSS and Duals product lines in new states and collaborate with the dual eligible product team regarding MLTSS.
• Develop a standard model for MLTSS and Duals products, allowing for modifications based on local regulations while maintaining core components to ensure consistency of care.
• Offer subject matter expertise to subsidiaries, corporate departments, and external stakeholders concerning MLTSS and Duals.
• Lead the organization in cultivating strong relationships with CMS and state Medicaid departments.
• Establish a network of relationships with MLTSS and Duals experts to facilitate the flow of best practices to local health plans and corporate departments.
• Identify innovative new models and solutions aimed at enhancing care, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Implement a continuous improvement program for MLTSS and Duals product lines.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in Medicare, dual eligible management, or a related specialty, preferably within a health plan.
• Prior management experience, including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning tasks, and overseeing staff performance.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
