This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and expand BeyondTrust’s Global Procurement function.
• Formulate a procurement strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and compliance risk management.
• Create a cohesive global Procurement operating model.
• Spearhead vendor negotiations and contract renewals to achieve cost savings and secure favorable terms.
• Manage the vendor lifecycle from onboarding and due diligence to performance assessment and risk mitigation.
• Develop an AI-driven procurement function utilizing automation, AI tools, and contemporary workflows.
• Set up SLAs, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms for procurement savings, financial performance, and expenditure transparency.
• Enhance procurement policies, processes, governance, controls, and approval authorities.
• Ensure compliance of procurement activities with company policies, industry standards, and legal obligations.
• Oversee and refine Coupa as the procurement system of record and facilitate its integration with NetSuite.
• Foster relationships with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Security, and HR departments.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a high-performing Procurement team.
• 12–15+ years of progressive experience in procurement.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven history of delivering quantifiable cost savings and efficiency improvements through procurement initiatives.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience in complex SaaS, technology, and professional services agreements.
• Working knowledge of relevant contract and licensing terms.
• Experience in establishing SLAs, KPIs, and frameworks for procurement reporting.
• Practical experience with Business Spend Management platforms, preferably Coupa.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite.
• Experience working in a small or lean procurement team while scaling operations.
• Ability to transition between strategic planning and hands-on implementation.
• Demonstrated capability to grow and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and feedback skills.
• Collaborative, relationship-focused approach with Finance, Legal, and business partners.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in technology or SaaS sectors.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
