
Senior Director, Procure to Pay, Global Process Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the comprehensive process performance and strategic direction for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function.
• Act as the main business-facing liaison for designated functional leaders.
• Assume responsibility for addressing P2P service deficiencies.
• Manage the relationship with the BPO vendor for the P2P function.
• Facilitate daily and weekly operational meetings to oversee invoice processing, payment cycles, capacity, throughput, and backlog management.
• Take charge of SLA and KPI performance throughout the P2P process.
• Anticipate demand trends and adjust vendor staffing and capacity plans accordingly.
• Ensure the implementation and documentation of process controls and audit requirements.
• Develop and prioritize a pipeline for continuous improvement, including automation and simplification initiatives.
• Collaborate with Process Excellence and Digital teams to achieve measurable productivity enhancements across P2P.
• A minimum of 12 years of professional experience with increasing levels of responsibility and complexity in process operations or IT service delivery leadership roles.
• At least 7 years of management experience.
• Strong operational leadership with a thorough understanding of P2P processes.
• Proficiency in P2P KPI management, root cause analysis, and structured escalation frameworks.
• Experience in managing outsourced or hybrid retained-vendor delivery models.
• Skills in capacity planning and workforce optimization.
• Background in managing outsourced service providers and environments based on SLA agreements.
• Proven experience in leading or collaborating on automation, AI-driven workflows, or intelligent process redesign initiatives.
• A demonstrated history of driving continuous year-on-year productivity improvements.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
