This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a senior strategic ally to leaders throughout the GTM organization
• Assist in scaling the business and enhancing leadership effectiveness
• Create high-performing teams while maintaining operational discipline
• Collaborate directly with the People team and leadership on talent strategies
• Oversee workforce planning, talent strategy, and change initiatives
• Promote AI-driven methods of working and advocate for the company culture
• Guide leaders on performance management and develop talent programs
• Utilize people analytics to uncover trends for informed decision-making
• Address complex employee relations issues and enhance leadership capabilities
• 15+ years of progressive HRBP or HR generalist experience
• Extensive experience collaborating with senior GTM leaders in fast-growing technology companies
• Familiarity with globally distributed teams
• Practical experience supporting organizations in both India and the United States
• Thought leadership with significant, strategic expertise across a range of HR disciplines
• Proven experience in managing complex employee relations matters
• Strong business acumen with the capability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data for informed decision-making
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, remote-first global setting
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
• Experience in coaching and mentoring leaders at every level of the organization
