đź“‹ Description

• Articulate and convey the long-term vision for the Provider Experience Zone, ensuring a cohesive, intuitive, and scalable product experience for health systems, clinics, and provider organizations.

• Create strategic product roadmaps that align with Datavant's mission, market demands, and operational capabilities.

• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, improve usability, and implement SaaS best practices across the provider product portfolio.

• Collaborate closely with Commercial teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) to ensure clear articulation of value, strong product positioning, and smooth enablement for product launches.

• Work in partnership with Operations and Implementation teams to translate product strategies into scalable processes—ensuring operational readiness, workflow efficiency, and high-quality execution.

• Team up with Engineering Leadership to prioritize investments, guide delivery, and create reliable, secure, and extensible platform experiences.

• Own and track product KPIs relating to adoption, retention, usage, NPS, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

• Link product decisions to measurable business outcomes, effectively communicating the “impact story” to leadership and stakeholders.

• Utilize data, insights, and customer feedback to inform prioritization and refine the product strategy.

• Advocate for user-centered design principles and foster a deep understanding of provider needs, workflows, and challenges.

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and users to continuously guide product direction.

• Drive customer discovery, beta programs, and feedback loops that lead to significant, customer-driven product enhancements.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers and UX professionals.

• Establish disciplined product operating rhythms—including roadmap planning, cross-functional reviews, experimentation, and structured execution.

• Ensure timely product delivery, maintaining high quality, and establishing a clear path to operational and commercial success.


⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, including over 5 years leading SaaS product teams.

• Proven success in defining and executing multi-product or platform strategies.

• Comprehensive understanding of user experience and customer-centric design principles.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills—capable of inspiring teams and influencing senior stakeholders.

• Experience in healthcare, health tech, or other regulated SaaS environments is highly preferred.
