📋 Description

• Take ownership of the long-term vision for Toast's payment acceptance functionalities.

• Spearhead the multi-year roadmap for Toast's primary payments platform.

• Convert strategy into actionable priorities and quantifiable results.

• Advocate for Toast's perspective on autonomous agents within the payments sector.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments.

• Recruit, mentor, and nurture a top-tier team of Product Managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of progressively responsible experience in Product Management.

• Extensive background in both card-present and card-not-present payment acceptance.

• Demonstrated capability to define and implement platform strategies.

• Proven track record in building, mentoring, and expanding high-performing product teams.

• In-depth knowledge of U.S. payment regulations.

• Outstanding ability to influence across functions and manage stakeholder relationships.
