Senior Director of Product, Payment Platform – Experiences

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive payments product strategy and long-term roadmap for the company.

• Spearhead product development across the Payment Platform, Merchant Billing & Invoicing, and Payer Experiences catered to both small businesses and Enterprise clients.

• Enhance the platform layer, encompassing routing, settlement, fund flow, and compliance architecture, which underpins the 8am payments ecosystem.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Finance, RevOps, and CX to promote adoption, drive volume growth, and deliver tangible value to customers and the business.

• Guarantee payment security, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and trustworthiness across all features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years focused on leading payments, fintech, or financial services products.

• Profound knowledge of payment systems—including processing, settlement, and compliance—combined with a strong inclination towards innovating user experiences.

• Proven capability to develop a compelling vision, gain widespread support, and translate it into an ambitious long-term strategy executed incrementally.

• History of promoting digitization and adoption in the face of established behavioral or structural challenges.

• Experience in B2B SaaS environments serving from SMBs to enterprises; a background in professional services is highly advantageous.

• Preferred location is Austin, Texas.
