This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠Develop and implement paid media strategies and a comprehensive roadmap. Take charge of the annual and quarterly strategic plans across all paid channels, determining resource allocation, testing areas, and scaling efforts to achieve ambitious growth objectives.
⢠Maintain expertise and insight across platforms. Keep a constant, expert-level awareness of mechanics, algorithm updates, and best practices for each platform in our portfolioāensuring that Facet remains at the forefront of what each channel can deliver. Use this knowledge to make real-time strategic adjustments that keep us proactive in response to platform changes.
⢠Establish a framework for experimentation. Create a thorough and disciplined test-and-learn structure that yields valuable insights. Develop a methodology that transitions us from sporadic, ad hoc testing to a systematic innovation pipeline.
⢠Manage agency relationships. Lead the strategic direction of our media agency partnerships. Create the brief, define engagement protocols, and establish a governance model that ensures execution is precise and accountable.
⢠Oversee the affiliate channel. Take full ownership of our affiliate partnership program from inception to executionāoptimizing the performance and economics of current partners while actively seeking and integrating new partners to enhance our reach and scale. Transform the affiliate channel into a significant, diversified growth engine.
⢠Diversify paid channels. Regularly assess our paid channel mix and pinpoint opportunities for expansion into new paid platforms and environmentsādeveloping platform-specific strategies tailored for each, rather than repurposing existing assets.
⢠Lead geographic expansion efforts. Take responsibility for the sequencing and strategy to maximize reach and market penetration in key areas while exploring new markets and DMAs in alignment with our growth objectives.
⢠Manage CPO architecture. Oversee the roadmap to achieve our aggregate cost-per-opportunity targets. Understand all factorsāmedia mix, funnel efficiency, creative performance, audience strategyāand drive the approach to achieve these targets at scale.
⢠Foster cross-functional collaboration. Partner closely with our Director of Partnerships & Content to ensure that performance insights and platform requirements shape the creative brief and content pipeline. Bring a clear, data-driven perspective to all cross-functional discussions.
⢠A minimum of 7 years in paid media, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership or ownership position.
⢠Extensive expertise in Meta Ads at significant scale, along with strong experience in Google Ads across search, non-brand, and performance channels. Familiarity with TikTok Ads and emerging social platforms is a plus.
⢠Proven experience in managing and scaling affiliate partnership programs.
⢠Demonstrated capability in managing and directing agency relationships effectively.
⢠Strong analytical skillsācomfortable working with data as well as developing strategic insights.
⢠Background in fintech, financial services, or a regulated consumer category is advantageous. A proven history of achieving CPO or RAC/CAC targets at scale is essential.
⢠Competitive Compensation: Base salary ranging from $170,000 to $225,000, plus bonus potential.
