• Acquire and expand the client base.
• Ensure profitable growth of the product through effective pricing and account targeting strategies; develop sustainable growth initiatives that respond to market opportunities and challenges.
• Act as the primary liaison for clients, sales representatives, and consultants on Information Governance projects.
• Deliver precise reporting and forecasts based on sales funnel strategies, client engagement, and new account activities.
• Take a proactive approach in thought leadership regarding Information Governance services.
• Facilitate the identification and scope of potential Information Governance engagements with current and prospective clients: Analyze client history, analytics, and assess needs to recommend engagement opportunities.
• Attend calls and meetings with clients and participate in Microsoft Strategy Sessions related to potential Information Governance engagements.
• Propel Sales team interactions with prospective clients.
• Assist active clients in utilizing M365 by collaborating with Lighthouse Information Governance Consultants: Coordinate and scope work with internal team members and external counsel.
• Utilize insights gained from Information Governance projects to provide statistically supported recommendations.
• Create and document use cases and best practices for the application of Information Governance Services.
• Train and mentor sales team members involved in Information Governance.
• Collaborate effectively with other Service Delivery teams to ensure exceptional client service.
• Travel to meet with prospective and existing clients, attend trainings, and conferences.
• Perform additional related duties as required.
• BA or BS degree is mandatory.
• Over 8 years of executive-level sales experience in the legal sector.
• 8 years of experience in Microsoft and eDiscovery industries.
• Strong understanding of eDiscovery technologies and requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of litigation support and the legal discovery process and its concepts.
• Proven track record and eagerness to consult with clients and internal departments.
• Ability to project expertise and address daily challenges while contributing to strategic direction.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills with clients and internal personnel.
• Customer service-oriented demeanor: approachable, respectful, courteous, and focused on client satisfaction.
• Capability to multitask effectively under pressure.
• Experience in leading complex projects and managing multidisciplinary teams from various departments.
