This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate the use of automation tools developed by the Sr. Director of Process Engineering, ensuring that all applicable filings adhere to automated processes while managing adoption rates.
• Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Process Engineering to implement a systematic method for swiftly extracting and documenting the knowledge of compliance analysts; prioritize and monitor this using metrics (e.g., documented filing types) to enhance automation and agentic workflows efficiently.
• Develop systems to observe QA trends, identify root causes (automation versus analyst quality), direct system gaps to the Process Engineering team, and address CA performance shortcomings through formal HR procedures.
• Oversee the compliance analyst organization (Corporate & Nonprofit) and QA — establish standards, supervise performance, and promote a talent transformation centered on automation.
• Create a cost-per-filing measurement system from the ground up, set benchmarks, and foster improvements in collaboration with the Sr. Director of Process Engineering and Finance (shared metric).
• Over 7 years of operations leadership experience, including more than 3 years of managing manager-level teams in high-volume settings (compliance, BPO, professional services, or similar).
• Demonstrated experience in promoting automation adoption and leading the human change management aspects of operating model transformation.
• Proven track record in organizational transformation: redesigning roles, resetting performance standards, and managing talent transitions at scale.
• Established success in rigorous performance management, implementing strict team accountability for output metrics, process consistency, and quality of work.
• Developed operational measurement systems from the ground up (unit economics, SLAs, cost-per-unit tracking).
• Strong analytical skills to manage operating scorecards, cost-per-unit models, and adoption metrics effectively.
• Experience in compliance filing is preferred, but strong leaders in automation/transformation from related industries are encouraged to apply.
