This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop Flex's strategy for entering the auto insurance market.
• Oversee the entire enterprise sales development process, from prospecting and building relationships with executives to negotiating term sheets, executing contracts, and ensuring successful go-live.
• Act as a reliable and trusted advisor to C-level executives and senior decision-makers in target organizations.
• Finalize deals by managing complex negotiations involving multiple stakeholders.
• Guide each partnership from the signing of the agreement through technical deployment and successful launch.
• Convert partner feedback and insights about competitive dynamics in the auto insurance sector into actionable strategies for Product, Marketing, and Pricing teams.
• Create the sales playbook specifically for the auto insurance sector.
• Utilize AI-driven sales tools to enhance pipeline efficiency.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
• Extensive knowledge of the auto insurance industry.
• Proven history of successfully closing intricate, first-of-their-kind enterprise deals in emerging markets.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of financial and legal aspects related to sales.
• High level of agency and comfort in ambiguous situations.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership capabilities.
• Proficient in using AI-assisted sales tools.
