Senior Director, Marketing – Strategic Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategic vision and direction of marketing initiatives.

• Create and implement go-to-market strategies that align with the growth objectives of DEWALT.

• Ensure that strategies are based on user value creation and market demands.

• Prioritize marketing initiatives that span across products and functions for maximum effectiveness.

• Advise product and business leaders on significant marketing initiatives.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional leaders to enhance marketing efficiency.

• Prepare and present strategic marketing plans along with regular updates to SBD leadership.

• Oversee the go-to-market team responsible for content, campaigns, and events.

• Facilitate quarterly planning meetings to align team goals with annual objectives.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators.

• Manage the planning and execution of trade shows and events.

• Develop and track the budget, ensuring spending aligns with financial plans.

• Identify and nurture strategic partnerships that further marketing and business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with technology solutions in the construction industry is required.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.

• Capable of managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in software product management and customer-facing commercialization is highly desirable.
