This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire commercial marketing function — encompassing brand development, positioning, demand generation, public relations, events, customer retention, and team leadership.

• Supervise a Digital Marketing Manager from the outset and expand the team as needed.

• Establish the strategy and implement the tasks, particularly in the initial phase.

• Create and execute both online and offline campaigns (content, email, events, partnerships, conferences).

• Spearhead top-of-funnel lead generation in conjunction with sales and leadership teams.

• Develop and oversee campaign calendars that align with product launches, ideal customer profile segments, and sales priorities.

• Track and report on ROI by channel and campaign (cost, conversion, pipeline impact).

• Persistently experiment, refine, and enhance messaging and channels based on performance metrics.

• Craft credible, unique narratives for psychiatrists, practice managers, and healthcare operators.

• Introduce new products, features, and services with well-defined target profiles, use cases, and proof points.

• Produce a comprehensive suite of go-to-market collateral — one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, ROI calculators, sales-enablement tools, and prospect documents.

• Develop pitch decks, case studies, ROI narratives, battle cards, objection-handling guides, and demo scripts.

• Manage the editorial calendar, thought-leadership initiatives, and product narratives across blogs, emails, and social media.

• Achieve coverage in psychiatric and health-tech publications, while managing the founder's thought-leadership reputation.

• Oversee post-acquisition engagement with our pioneer and Flow customers, guiding the onboarding journey beyond the initial call, and fostering community health.

• Uphold the Zenara brand voice, visual identity standards, and consistency across all channels and materials.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, demonstrating a history of positioning and launching products for enterprise/clinical buyers, functioning at a senior, full-function level.

• Proven track record of owning or significantly influencing demand generation/campaign-led growth — you have designed and implemented programs that create pipeline, not merely collateral.

• Experience managing at least one direct report — this role requires people management from day one.

• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically — you provide direction and execute tasks.

• Comprehensive marketing experience across content, email, paid media, events, and public relations.

• Background in running or contributing to public relations and media relations — enhancing brand narrative beyond owned channels.

• Experience in conference and event marketing — booth strategy, lead capture, and field marketing (healthcare preferred).

• Knowledge of marketing to US healthcare buyers (providers, practices, health systems) — solid understanding of the buyer journey and clinical decision-making.

• Proficiency with marketing performance metrics (CAC, conversion, funnel drop-off, ROI by channel) — you track, analyze, and optimize based on data.

• Exceptional writing skills — producing compelling, concise, clinically relevant content. (Please include a writing sample with your application.)

• AI-literate — you actively utilize AI tools to enhance your output and quality.

• Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree from a top-tier institution (IIT/IIM/BITS/NIT/equivalent top-20 Indian institute or a comparable global institution).

• Willingness to work US-overlap hours (IST evenings) and communicate fluently with American healthcare professionals.

• Strong written and asynchronous communication skills — clear briefs, positioning documents, and campaign plans.
