This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the strategy and growth plan for Managed Services.
• Take ownership of delivery performance, including SLAs, KPIs, and customer experience.
• Oversee P&L, focusing on revenue growth and margin enhancement.
• Serve as the executive sponsor for significant customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales to generate pipeline, encourage upselling, and facilitate expansion.
• Build and lead high-performing teams for service delivery.
• Standardize and continuously improve the portfolio and offerings of services.
• Manage critical vendor and OEM relationships, including carriers and indirect channel partners.
• Cultivate and develop a high-performing team through effective recruitment, coaching, and performance management.
• Provide consistent updates to executive leadership regarding operational performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Oversee departmental budgets and resource distribution.
• Over 7 years of progressive experience in sales leadership, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior management position.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business discipline.
• Experience in enterprise mobility, mobile device management, or related technology sectors.
• Strong knowledge of service delivery frameworks, SLA management, and principles of client success.
• Proven ability to establish scalable processes in an expanding organization.
• Proficient in effectively communicating with senior leaders and clients.
• Capable of presenting complex information clearly and with confidence.
• Skilled in building credibility and trust with stakeholders.
• Competent in influencing decisions and leading discussions across different functions.
• Able to represent the organization professionally in customer-facing situations.
