Senior Director, Healthcare Planning Consultant

📋 Description

• Oversee planning and real estate strategy initiatives for healthcare facilities.

• Collaborate with healthcare executives, leaders of service lines, and facility teams.

• Perform operational evaluations, site assessments, and space planning analyses.

• Formulate recommendations for future expansion, optimization, and capital investments.

• Lead planning workshops and facilitate discussions with stakeholders.

• Analyze anticipated service volumes and convert data into actionable planning solutions.

• Ensure that projects align with client goals, timelines, and contractual obligations.

• Work in conjunction with internal teams to promote client success and drive business growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in healthcare planning, medical facility planning, or healthcare consulting, with a preference for 20+ years.

• Strong comprehension of acute care, ambulatory care, and healthcare operations.

• Demonstrated capability to counsel executive leadership and oversee intricate projects.

• Background in healthcare space planning, programming, and facility evaluations.

• Exceptional skills in communication, presentation, and client relationship management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Skilled in healthcare planning tools and software such as ACAD and Sketchup.

• Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
