Field Medical Director, Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Mentor, train, and oversee MSL performance and growth to guarantee excellence in role execution.

• Collaborate on and create TA Medical Plans, leading the team's implementation to ensure alignment with medical priorities.

• Track both individual and team progress in relation to medical and business objectives.

• Facilitate internal collaboration on insights generation activities, ensuring that data, facts, and observations are collected, assessed, and analyzed.

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced degree in a pertinent scientific or medical discipline (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MD).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a field medical position or within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred.

• Prior experience collaborating with healthcare systems, payers, healthcare providers, and researchers is preferred.
