Senior Director, Healthcare Consulting – Workforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

• Oversee intricate performance enhancement projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in healthcare consulting and/or performance improvement.

• Relevant experience in hospital operations managing a significant hospital department.

• Proven experience in senior project leadership and managing complex design and implementation.

• Strong skills in leadership and management.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• Willingness and ability to travel weekly, up to 80% of the time.
