This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Manage strategic account responsibilities for leading health systems
• Mentor and develop the sales team through strategic direction
• Create and implement annual growth strategies
• Ensure rigorous funnel management and adhere to established processes
• Supervise intricate commercial procedures and deal implementations
• Attract, nurture, and retain exceptional talent
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business or sciences)
• Over 18 years of progressive commercial experience in a business that serves similar customers or sells similar products, OR a Master's Degree with 18+ years of experience
• More than 5 years of experience leading highly dynamic sales teams
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities and executive presence, capable of engaging with individuals at various levels both within and outside of Danaher
• Strong understanding and knowledge of the value chain related to all business opportunities
