This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, design, and implement the promotional strategy for Brukinsa in the US, encompassing message development, various promotional tactics, and customer segmentation and targeting.
• Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to ensure all promotional strategies are informed and supported by field insights.
• Develop and execute the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) TV strategy in partnership with the NPP lead for TV Media execution.
• Work alongside cross-functional partners in Market Access, Medical Affairs, Patient Advocacy, and Corporate Affairs to align key strategies and messages across stakeholders.
• Build and sustain a productive partnership with members of the promotional review committee (PRC), fostering a collaborative environment to evaluate and assess promotional messaging.
• Collaborate with Business Analytics to align on market research requirements and implement methodologies to evaluate promotional effectiveness.
• Continuously analyze the business environment to uncover customer and competitor insights, integrating these findings into promotional strategies.
• Ensure compliance of all marketing activities with company guidelines and local regulations.
• Effectively relay brand updates, strategies, and tactics in various forums, including Quarterly Business Reviews, Field Meetings, and Leadership Team Meetings.
• Contribute to the formulation of the annual operating plan and oversee vendor management within the approved promotional budget.
• Mentor and develop team members to achieve both business and individual goals.
• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or related fields (including sales, finance, forecasting, market research, etc.).
• Over 5 years of experience as a marketing leader in oncology, with a strong preference for experience in hematologic malignancies.
• Experience in Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) is preferred.
• More than 5 years of experience in people management.
• Required experience in biotech or pharmaceutical product launches in the US marketplace (New Molecular Entities and expanded indications), including Subpart H regulations.
• Proven experience in creating and executing a DTC TV strategy.
• Experience in highly competitive market environments.
• Strong team player capable of integrating input from others and building consensus through inclusive practices.
• Highly adept at influencing cross-functional teams, including interactions with key internal and external stakeholders as well as scientific and commercial teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
