This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Management of CRM & Lead processes using House Call Pro.

• Execution of Email Marketing campaigns via Mailchimp.

• Oversight of Social Media and Community Engagement.

• Administration of Google Business Profile and Website.

• Management of Inbox and Client Correspondence.

• Documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with CRM systems – Practical knowledge of House Call Pro, Jobber, ServiceTitan, or a comparable trades-oriented CRM platform.

• Exceptional Written English – You convey information clearly, professionally, and with warmth.

• Proactive & Solutions-Driven – You take initiative without needing direction.

• AI-Forward Mindset – You are adept at utilizing AI tools for copywriting, SEO enhancement, and research tasks.

• Research-Focused & Detail-Oriented – You support your recommendations with thorough research.

• High Integrity & Client-Centric – You approach every client interaction with professionalism, honesty, and care.

• Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Mailchimp, Proficiency in Canva, Familiarity with Meta & Instagram, Knowledge of WordPress / Divi (Bonus).
