This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Leadership and Team Development: Demonstrated capability to cultivate, direct, and expand high-performing, diverse cross-cultural teams, converting operational expertise into scalable systems, training programs, and leadership frameworks that support sustainable growth.
• Network Design: Create and implement the "Blueprint Authorized" licensing framework, which encompasses the operational playbook, branding standards, and financial models for international partner clinics.
• Partner Clinic Management: Oversee the comprehensive process of discovering, evaluating, and integrating new clinic partners, involving intricate contract negotiations and ensuring cultural alignment.
• Medical Standardization and Training: Work collaboratively with the U.S. medical team to transform protocols into a global "Knowledge Ecosystem," including the development of training certifications and digital sharing platforms.
• Accountability and Quality Assurance: Establish stringent auditing processes and "Medical Excellence" key performance indicators (KPIs) to guarantee that every licensed clinic complies with the Immortals Concierge evidence-based standards.
• Community Engagement and Best Practices: Develop and facilitate an exclusive global network among clinic leaders to promote peer-to-peer learning and swift protocol enhancements.
• International Expansion Strategy: Collaborate with the international team to spearhead market-specific patient acquisition strategies and manage the cross-border referral network for Immortals clientele.
• Over 7 years of experience in international operations, particularly in scaling high-end service networks or clinical licensing frameworks.
• Established history of building a brand on a global scale, including negotiating international intellectual property or licensing agreements.
• Proven ability to create systems and processes from the ground up in a dynamic, "zero-to-one" setting.
• Strong technical and medical literacy (capacity to oversee the development of knowledge-sharing, patient management, and customer-facing systems).
• Salary Range: $195-250k + Equity + Performance Bonuses
