Senior Director, Global AI Deployment – Business Process Transformation

📋 Description

• Collaborate in the development and ownership of SCIEX's comprehensive global multi-year AI transformation strategy.

• Identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact AI use cases across diverse sectors.

• Work alongside internal teams and vendors to design, pilot, expand, and maintain AI solutions.

• Take charge of the end-to-end execution of AI and digital initiatives.

• Cultivate effective partnerships with leading AI solution providers.

• Lead cross-functional teams within a matrixed environment.

• Spearhead structured change management, training, communication, and user feedback processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, data science, life sciences, or a relevant field.

• Proven experience in leading complex, enterprise-scale digital, AI, analytics, or business transformation initiatives.

• Experience in deploying AI use cases from pilot phases to full-scale implementation.

• Expertise in establishing program and portfolio governance.

• Strong proficiency in program and portfolio management practices.

• Experience in leading cross-functional change deployment.

• Background in commercial, service, operations, quality, or regulated business processes within life sciences and diagnostics.
